The E7 is a Sybian three phone and hasn't been tested with Talks at this
point. As far as that goes, it isn't even on the market as of yet. Symbian
three is a different operating system so we don't even know if Talks will
work on it as of yet.
Other phones you may want to look at that have a Physical keyboard. E71,
E72, E75.

Hi list.
I have been doing some reading up on the nokia e700 I must say it sounds
quite impressive.
I am wondering, has anyone on list actually scene one?
I guess talks probably hasn't been tested with it as I can't see any
mention of it in the release notes, but I should imagine it will probably
work with it, as it is symbian, and it worked with most
functions of the nokia e90 even though that wasn't supported officially or
completely.
so am just wondering really if anyone has scene one, and if so, could they
describe it? I see from looking at the specs it has a touch screen, I am
not sure if this means it has no dial pad at all on the front?
anyway would like to know what people think.
