You can always use the product called TheVoice I think it is with Seaing
with Sound. This is a free product and is a JAVA product. Make sure you
read the documentation that comes with it so that you understand how to
use it with a screen reader. The maker of it probably will reply with the
link and so forth, being I do not recall it off the top of my head.
