hello, does sim based licence works on talks for windows mobile?

If you have a sim based license then you can put it on as many phones as you want then when you transfer the sim card to another phone you will just have
to enter the license code. If you have an IMEI based license then it can
only be put on one phone at a time and if you want to move it to another
phone then you will need to pay a transfer license fee. The actual talks
software can be put on as many phones as you want.
