Thanks Christopher. I experimented a little more based on your
encouragement. In my Tweets 60, I have an option called "follow" in my key
1 options menu, but it is actually to follow or subscribe to this particular
Tweeter. What I have found is that if I cursor around a lot with the
original cursor, as you indicated, I can make an option in the menu appear
which says open link. This is exactly what I want, but is not consistent.
The process of following a link in a plain old text message seems to be more
consistent.

By the way, in Tweets 60, my cursor always seems to be at the end of the
message when I open it up. I therefore have to arrow backwards to get my
cursor to land on some text. Is this normal behavior? Or do I need to
change a setting to make it work the way you described? Thanks.

Evan

I think Tweets60 is the way to go. I don't have any trouble having the whole
message being read. Are you hitting the select key to open up the message?

To follow a link, hit the select key to open the tweet. Make sure you're in
original cursor mode. Use Talks+long press 2 to toggle into original cursor
mode. Once you're in original cursor mode, just hit the down arrow key. This
will take you to the first object in the tweet. If it's a link, you can
follow it by using Options -> Follow. If you have more than one link or
object in a tweet, use the down arrow key multiple times. It won't read the
object or link you land on, but you can follow it with Options -> Follow. I
don't find this is much of a problem because most of the tweets I get just
have one link in them. I also find this easy to remember because this works
similarly to how you access phone numbers or links in a text message.
