Austin, a phone can only ever have one demo period lasting up to 30 days, this can be made up of a 10 day trial followed by a 30 day trial, of which you'd only get 20 days of your 30 day trial, owing to you already having had 10 days earlier on a previous demo code.
a phone can never ever again use another demo code. so if you have ran a demo code on that phone before, even if it were for a different version of Talks, then you cannot have another now. hope that this clears things up for you.
