For your 2nd issue. Install the latest version of Talks 5.20.3. This more
then likely will fix the out of memory issue on your phones. This was given
in the release note.
I know I haven't seen the out of memory issue at all since I have been
running Talks 5.20.3. It is very nice to not have to restart the phone at
least 1 to 2 times per day. I can now go for days and days and read hundreds
of emails and the like and haven't ran into the out of memory issue.
