Hi. Which Nokia phone are we talking about? magic Message Manager, although it's excellent, won't sort E-mail, unless you have a really old phone, such as the N73 or E61. Possibly the N95, but can't remember.
Anyway, on newer phones, MMM will only let you sort text and picture messages into folders, unfortunately. You'd have to set up a rule on your E-mail provider's site within your account, if it has that facility. Magic Message Manager's worth a look though, as it's a wonderful app, which lets you have customised alerts for different people when they text you, and set rules for doing all sorts of stuff with text and MMS messages. I believe what they want is seperate folders to sort say mail from the talks list into one and mail from another email list, such as the blindphones list, into another folder.
