hi! Did updating the firmware affect the overall audio quality/volume of ur phone? Cause i updated my friends c5's firmware, and unfortunately her phone's audio quality was badly affected. I fought with nokia people for the replacement of the handset, but they refuced to do so. So, if ur phone's firmware is nice, then i'll tell her to update it. Please reply.
