Give Talknav a try. If they have a police report I don't see why it can't be
done. Of corse it would help if they have the old IMEI number as well. The

Hi all, a friend purchased talks3.60 in 2007 to use it with his n95. He
did not update the software. He does not remember the exact purchase date
but he says he bought in second half of the year, about july or august.
Last year, he lost his phone. He has the police paper that shows that the
phone has been lost or stolen.
He now wants to get his licence back and transfer it to his simcard. He
asks the nuance dealer here but they says it impossible to do this. Now,
how can we get the licence and transfer it to simcard and how much does it
cost?
