Press the 0 three times. This will then give you what you want. You could
also press and hold the Star for about 1 second to bring up the Symbol
table. From here, you could then press Left arrow followed by Select to get
what you want.
There are two ways listed above to get a new paragraph Symbol. Talks will
read the Symbol so you will know what you did when you arrow around to read
what you have written.

I am sorry if this is strictly off topic but does anybody know how to make
a
new paragraph in light notepad or even a normal text message using an N86
with talks?
All my notes and messages are clustered together without breaks.
Googling this suggests I should use the centre entre button but all that
happens when I do this is I get talks saying select.
I cannot find anything in the Nokia Light Notepad or Talks manuals
either..
