Softkey-1 is the horizontal top key on the left of the navigation key.
and Softkey-2 is on the opposite side.
I would suggest you to try the training mode of Talks to learn more key
layout. Press Talks followed by 0. It will say Training mode is yes.
You can press and explore keys on your phone. To come out of training
mode, press Talks +0 again and it will say training mode is no.
