In this case which one is better to run first because of design and
structure, I don't want to choose myself.

Yes you can have Talks along with the other screen reader installed on your
phone. Just note! Unless you disable the other screen readers AutoStart
function it will over ride Talks if you want Talks to come up talking when
you turn on the phone.

What I mean by the above subject is,can I install both of them,and run
