The closest possibility is cause she have turned on the Talks Caller ID option. My friend has a C5 with Talks. She says that when someone calls her, the person's name and their number is read out by talks but the phone does not ring. I do not know how to advise her. I suggested she look in Profiles but it says that the ringing type is ringing. I cannot understand why it reads out the person's number as well as saying their name as I have a C5 and it does not do this on me. Any suggestions how she can get the phone ringing? Maybe she has altered something within Talks.
