Thank u very much guys for ur support. I have now got the solution to this problem. To open the link, i did the following. 1. I opened up that email which contained a link. I had already set my cursir mode to origenal. Although talks did not do a better job in moving the cursir to that link, i somehow mannaged to do that. 2. After that i pressed rite arrow, and i got to options i.e., open in web, and bookmark. I just pressed enter on open in web option. Hope this helps to all c5 users. Thanks once again.

If you have multiple objects in the message, you may need to use the arrow key a few times to get to it. Check for the open link option each time you press the arrow key.
