Thanks for the information. Sorry, I didn't intend to start or spread a rumor. I quoted the statement I read and provided the URL where I read it so that it's credibility could be judged. I definitely don't have any insider information, and if I did, I'm not sure I would or could share, and I'm not sure what I would think of anyone who did. In fact, I didn't think this list was very comfortable with people sharing insider information, especially any information that was covered in any kind of confidentiality clause.
When surfing the web, I'm not sure how I'm supposed to tell a rumor from a fact, but I should have realized that this list isn't the place to ask such questions or get such answers. It's not like I'm a newby to the list or anything. I promise that in the future, I'll refrain from asking any questions that might spread rumors, and I definitely wont' speculate about anything in the future. In doing some more Googling, which I should have done instead of saying anything on this list, I can see where such a rumor started. After all if Steve Wozniak says on more than one occasion that Apple has acquired Nuance, I can see where some people might jump to that conclusion. Even so, it's obviously not true, so again, sorry for asking for any details on this story, speculating about the future and inadvertently spreading a rumor.
