Morris,  If you do a Talks 0 to go into training mode, won't it tell you all 
these info?  Just curious.

ok, next to the d-pad, there's one single big key on the left and one on the 
right. actually, within the big key, it consist of 3
buttons, 3 on the left and 3 on the right. the keys structure are as 
follows:

left side:
- to the most left, is call key.
just beside the left arrow, on top part is menu key.
- the same position, but at the bottom part is calendar key.

right side:
- the most right is end call key.
- just beside the right arrow, the top part is contacts key.
- the same position, but at the bottom part is email key.

from the top is vol up. next is mute key. and next is vol down.
