I'm sorry, I can't help further because I don't use twitter on my phone
any more because i need more functionality than what tweets60 offers, and
I get nowhere with the support team on their website. Also, I don't use
talks, but mobile speak, but keep up with the talks list because I thought
I would keep up with what's going on. this came to my attention because
it was something i had been researching for quite awhile now. A few weeks
ago, for my 40th birthday, I was given some money by my family and got
myself an ipad. Now I have a better way to access twitter on the road.
However, I still keep up with this stuff because I still have a nokia
phone that I will use as a back up. If I see something that might help
you, I'll pass it on.

Yes I do. In fact even in the older versions I used to have DM's
showing. I also went to twitter but found nothing. Quite surprising as I
think DM is an important feature of twitter.

the first thing to do is make sure you have the latest version of
tweets60 from their website. I'm not sure what their latest version is,
but is was updated back in late june or early july.

I am using Tweet60 1.50 and am unable to see DM's sent to me by my
riiends though I get SMS. Even she is not able to see them in her
tweet60. I am using E72 and the other person E5. She is not even
subscribed for mobile updates so she just doesn't get messages. I went
