There's a screen reader for the Blackberry called Oratio. It's available from Humanware, although I believe it was developed by code Factory. The URL on Oratio is http://www.humanware.com/en-usa/products/blindness/oratio_for_blackberry_smartphones/_details/id_131/oratio_for_blackberry_smartphones.html.
Talks isn't going to run on a Blackberry phone, so I'd suggest taking this over to the Accessible Phones list at http://mosenexplosion.com/mailman/listinfo/blindphones_mosenexplosion.com. I'm not aware of an Oratio list, but you may find out more from the above list or web page.
