In looking at the below thread! I see there whir some people complaining about the subject line! However in saying that, I also see that the people complaining about the subject line just replied to the EMail with there complaints without changing the subject line themselves.

We've all been gilty of this in cluding myself. I would ask people to start a new EMail and change the subject line when asking a new question and not reply to a existing subject. I would also ask people not to reply to EMails complaining about the subject line if you aren't going to change the subject line yourself. This means not just doing a reply and then typing over the existing subject line. This doesn't start a new thread and the messages are still part of the initial thread. You however can do a forward and then type in the TO field and tab down to the subject and clear it out and put in your own subject. This would then create a new thread with that subject. You can also just start a new message and again type in the TO field and then tab down and type in your subject. Then tab again and type in the body of the EMail.

Or even better! If you want to complain about the subject line not being changed by a person; Send your responce to them. This would be better and keep unneeded traffic off the list.

Can't we just create a new mail when sending out a new thread. pls pls
create new mail and not just simply reply to any mail and start a new
thread, made worst, never even bother to change subject line. Wasting
readers time.

try hard reset and see your luck.

to perform hard reset on n82, power off the phone, press * key,
number 3, call key and hold down this 3 keys and get someone to help
you to press the power key. after the phone vibrate, let go the
finger on the power button, but still keep pressing the 3 keys
until the nokia logo appear or the nokia start up tone.

Hi all. Steven I hope you know the answer to this one! I was
updating my N82 this morning and the power crashed. When it came
back, my phone which was in the middle of a Nokia upgrade will not
turn on. Is this a fatal error that can be corrected, or am I likely
toast? Thank you.
