Hi, the keylock switch key, is on the right side of the phone. It is below
the volume keys. Just switch it down and phone will vibrate twice showing
that keypad and screen has been unlocked. if it vibrates once, in that case
you lock the keys.

This did not work for me Maurice, I think the problem is the keypad is
