Hi, do you say that jaws11 works with latest nokia software updater?
By the way, i have tried latest jaws13 beta's ocr feature on ovi suite and
found that actually jaws can detect the inaccessible writings etc. But, the
only problem i could not read the all necessary information. it wantes me to
select language, some of the languages are available but i could not reach
others. But clicking the buttons on ocr mode did work for me. I will also
try it with nokia software updater when it is downloaded.

I stayed with jaws 11 as I tested jaws 12 and found it has been broken so
many apps just don't work correctly with jaws 12 and not just the nokia
phone updator.

This is just a heads up to people! This means that we are going to have
issues for a while with JAWS and I can't speak about Window Eyes. This is
to tell people that the Nokia Software updater latest version doesn't
read the screen with JAWS 12.x if you update to the latest version.
However you aren't given a option to not update and still be able to
update your phone. The Nokia Software updater is what is used to update
the phone firmware when doing it by computer.
Maybe it can be fixed by SF in the upcoming JAWS version?
