it says your phone is not compatible with skype , upgrade
to a symbian, wm or IPhone to use skype.
because the skype website will detect your phone firmware to allow you to
download skype. since symbian anna not yet in their phone
list, you are not able to download skype. you must get the installer from
other sources. you need skype for symbian ^3 version 2.0.
