Hi Chris,

Google for a program call MCleaner, work damn good.  But after installing, 
remember to go to setup and change the Unknown msg and private number to accept 
under the black list profile.  By default, both these will be set as reject.

You can choose to block msg or call or both.

You can add new black list by importing from contacts, or log or even inbox. 
You an also add new number to block.

I cannot tell you how to do it Chris but there is within phone settings and 
that tyjpe of thing, how to bar a number.
