I was in touch with Support at Quick Office today and they were very
helpful. They sent me a link to download Quick Office for my phone,
once I provided the firmware version and IMEI. However, this proved
to be the same as the version I had already installed. I
deinstalled my one and then installed their version, following all
instructions about turning off and on phone after deinstalling and
again after installing. Still no success. Then I decided to try QO
v 6 but I got a message on my phone saying it was not compitable so
decided not to proceed with the installation as I did not want to
reck my phone as it is new. I know Allan on list told me he can
read Word documents to, but I wonder is it the same as you Denise,
where he can read word documents created on E6 or if he can read
word documents created on computer and then transferred to E6. All
this said, I can read a short word document on E6 but pressing Talks
and down arrow but I cannot navagate across the document line by
line or character by character. I do not know how to move down one
screen by a time either.

I tried to download the free trail and I couldn't get the link to
work. It's too bad it doesn't work with documents copied from the PC.
