Hi, eleanor, press power button once and touch the middle button on the
screen. the phone will vibrate, talks will say unlock. click again and the
screen and keys will be unlocked. at least it works on my e6.

I seemed to get myself in a bit of a pickle today and ended up with screen
and keys locked. The manual unlock was not unlocking the touch screen for
me. I ended up taking out the battery as though the jphone had frozen but
I believe it did not freeze it was something I did. Any suggestions
please?
