No this doesn't allways work being it is based on functions that the program
needs. So more then likely this isn't going to let him install the unsigned
software because of the function he is wanting to use. This has to be set to
all in order for him to install the TTS to start with being it is unsigned
but doesn't use any phone functions.

I don't have a Nokia N95 myself, so i am not aware of how the menu
structure on this phone is, so probably this instruction is'nt really
correct.
But see if you can find something that matches this.
From your menu, goto either tools and settings, or nor settings.
Enter into Program's, and find something called Program management, and
enter into it.
Here you have a selection called Software install, and my suggestion is,
that this is set to "Signed" on your phone.
Change this to all, and now you should be able to install unsigned
program's on your phone.
Be aware of, that you will get som warning message's while installing an
unsigned program, but answer yes and continue to this, and you should be
done.

hello list.
ok i have found an app for my nokia n95 which will allow me to end a call
by sliding the cover shut.
my problem is this:
the app is unsigned, so how do i go about getting it signed?
i have read a little on the internet about signing .sis files, but to be
honest it seems pretty complicated and for all i need it for i am starting
to think it isn't worth the bother.
can anyone on list help?
