Allan, Thanks for explaination.
Well, it just depends which phone you are having. If I am having a C5 or E52, of course I would hope that my email problem for Attachment and links will be solved. But if I own E6, of course I would want my email interface to be accessible. All in all, it's good that Nuance is still fixing things. Also, either one of the above, it means a lot for mobile users with no computer. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Allan" <[email protected]> To: "Talks Mailing List" <[email protected]> Sent: Sunday, October 23, 2011 5:52 PM Subject: Re: [Talks] Any change on E6-00 after install hi Kitt, being support on the email browser doesn't mean that can access to links and attachments, FYI, prior to 522.3 release, user with symbian anna cannot access even to the interface of the email client. another thing, as of 522.3, no phone with the latest nokia email client can access to links and/or attachments with talks, unless they still using the old email client. the reason behind this is, the way that new email client display email is uses the same method as web browser simmelar to the nokia help screen. talks need to convert the text from the email body into text format so that we can read it, but with this method, the attachments and links will be strip off from the text version of the email. Kitt, though the devs team also aware that the fix for the email client is important, but due to the fix for the email client need more testing, they decide to have this release out first to give support to symbian anna user. -- Allan (WKF) ----- Original Message ----- From: "Kit" <[email protected]> To: "Talks Mailing List" <[email protected]> Sent: Sunday, October 23, 2011 08:39 Subject: Re: [Talks] Any change on E6-00 after install Allan, with this, can you save attachment for emails? I can’t find anything surprisingly new from this release. Maybe I just installed it and played with it a couple of hours. Could you please share what you found any significant changes from this release on E6-00.
