Hi Steve Yes I have the model correct. I didn't realise that it was so old but I only got it as a back up. Also I am new to talks etc, only the last year I have used talks and phones. I obviously have a lot to learn. Thanks for putting me right.

Are you sure that there isn't more to the model? The reason why is the 6600 is a 1st Edition phone. There hasn't been a Talks update for the 1st/2nd Edition phones and two or so years.
