As Stephen and Dave do give some suggestions, I also start to wonder, how do 
you send the Talks file into the N86 which the phone 
tell you the memory is full? are you using bluetooth transfer? Do you try to 
check the remaining memory on drive c? Is your messages 
storage set to phone memory instead of mass storage or memory card?.

Since your problem does not really need to update Talks, but if you gotta 
chance, and your problem fixed, you can try to update it 
to the latest release, as it wont harm anyway.
