That is Star
Pound/Hash/Numbe 7780 Pound/Hash/Number.
You wil be asked are you sure? Then you need to press YES which is SoftKey1
Then the phone will ask
for Lock code. If you have not changed it, it is 12345 followed by OK
SoftKey1.
Then the phone will go quiet for a few minutes.
No personal data like contacts will be lost.

As mentioned in a previous message, yes I have done this multiple
times. I also tried removing the battery for several minutes...no
luck.
The problem persists today, and in fact encompasses all folders under
the messaging menu. Any advice would be much appreciated.

the message. If I click select then the message will open, but hitting

too.
Any thoughts on what could be happening? The phone was functioning just
fine
a few hours ago.
