If you want to read the whole message! Try doing a Talks followed by down
arrow. Or Talks volume down and see if that helps some.

i'm fairly new here and would like to ask your assistance about the
following: 1) configuring talks so it'll read the new sms as and
"unread" before the sender's name/number; and 2) setting up the volume
of 5800 XM so it'll serve as the up/down arrow while reading a message
(it only reads a line when the up/down part of the volume is
pressed).
