I cannot answer your first question but I will check my phone re shortcut
keys for camera as camera should be there actually. Did you arrow through
slowly? they appear in alphabetical order but sometimes if I miss something
I just go through extra slowly. Other than that you can set up the camera
icon on the touch screen, you will first of all set it up as an Icon and
then name the icon at a later stage.

Hi All.
I have found 2 anomalies whilst setting up things on my E6 which are a bit
strange and wonder if anyone else has come across them.
1. I have made a new profile which I've called "Night Time" for
obvious reasons. However, when someone sends me a text message and I hit
the
icon on the touch screen, unlike in the general profile, the phone goes
silent and when I run my finger over the screen I only get 2 options:
"Delete" or "Cancel". So I have to go into "Messages" via the menu to
read
and reply to texts.
2. I have now set up the One Touch keys of which one can have
up
to 6 options, 3 long press and 3 short.
What's interesting is that when the list is brought up for selection, the
one thing I would like to select which is the Camera isn't there.
Everything
else is available.
Just observations.
