The *#7370# will work as well! You just need to also enter the lock code. So
you can't just do *#7370# you must press SoftKey1 and then enter the lock
code and press SoftKey1 again. If you don't enter the lock code nothing will
happen. The Soft reset is *#7780# again you must enter the lock code for it
to work.
The hard reset that Brad gave must be started with the phone powered off
then do the keys he gave.
