Hi All I was silly and thought the memory card was where the volume up and down is and not being able to open it, I stubbernly got my nephew to do so. He kept picking at it and got it open and then we realised it was not for the memory card, even though it is very small *smile*. What was annoying was that the phone was fairly new too. Now I can sort of use it but what I was wondering s if there is any way when listening to music, if I can increase and decrease the volume another way. Certainly I know I can pause the track by pressing the select key.
