It's frequently found on the info page, the link is at the end of every email message, but I checked, and that information isn't on the info page. Maybe the moderators will consider adding it.
I believe we have four moderators on this list, and I think they're Stephen, Len, Neal and Brad. I may have them in my address book, but I could also grab their emails from the messages they sent to the list recently. I refrained from posting their emails in this message figuring I'll let them handle that as they see fit.
