hi, do you mean talks keep on talking non stop for a few seconds?
ok if you are using Y-Browser 101_0_3rdEd.SIS, go in Y Browser\ option\
setting\ general\ path name scrolling
and set to "no" instead of "yes" which is by default. hope this is what you
meant.

Hi All
I asked this question on list before and Stephen and Denise sorted me out
*smile*. However, I was sure I had filed the reply but just can't find it
anywhere. I wonder if someone could tell me again how to stop this Talks
Babble when I am using y-browser to look through the sound files on my
phone. What is happening is that it is hard to curser down through each
file and to hear its name correctly. I know it is a case of using the
Object viewer and changing a setting to none but I am becoming a little
unstuck after I press the Talks key followed by a long select.
