Yes Adrien you are quite correct and if I had not been so careless I could
have done just that.

Hi Eleanor
Another suggestion, is it possible with nokia pc suite to
back up the phone and it's settings so if you make a mistake
like this again, it is possible to put it back? I use the
software for backing up my contacts and messages and other
tings.
Regards
Adrien

Subject: [Talks] Nokia C5 and Quick Office
Hi all
I had to re-set to factory settings because of the problem
with Quick Office and my own stupidity! at deleting the
System Folder off the phone memory. I can now report that I
am back up and running so my advice to those who like myself
have very little technical knowledge, do not delete anythign
unless you are 100% confident that you know what you are
deleting.
Thanks to all of you who responded to my query. Ijust knew
I 'd have to go for the juglur in the end!
