Don't you need to pay for a licence to use them? You already have Eloquence
so any other voice as I understand it requires additional payment.

hello all,
after upgrading talks, I decided to also give the other VCM voices a go,
but am having a problem.
I installed the 2 english ones on my phone, and as far as I can tell, they
installed fine, but talks won't see them, or give me any option to switch
to them.
what have I done wrong?
or how do I get talks to see them?
