After I use the *#7370# code to set the N86 to factory defaults, given that
the screen view is set to the default, what keystrokes should I use, to get
to the date and time settings?
Before installing Eloquence and Talks, do I set the date to the release of
the versions of Eloquence and Talks I wish to install, to take account of
the certifications for the software packages or, do I set it for the current
date?
Do I first install the Eloquence software or, do I install the Talks
software first, both through PC Suite?
All help, as usual, very much appreciated

*#7370# Followed by OK and then enter 12345 for the lock code if you
haven't changed it and press OK. That will wipe the phone memory but leave
everything on the mass storage drive. That you have to format using the
phone or the computer.
