Yes, this is a tricky subject with lot of variables one come across. There can't be a tailor made solution for this. basically it all boils down to misunderstanding due to not speaking out openly, prejudice,strong follower of hierarchy, lack of give and take attitude etc etc. Only maturity and experience in life can give lasting solution.
All elders should ponder on this and with every one wants their children to be well off and happy, one should not be a source of problem to any one for that matter. Change your life style suitably according to prevailing condition, after all you have crossed the peak and counting days.....
