We would like to seek your kind assistance in disseminating information that theASIAN INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY in Thailand has already started to accept applications for admission (and financial aid) to the master’s and doctoral programs starting August 2009 in its 3 schools, namely, School of Engineering and Technology (SET); School of Environment, Resources and Development (SERD); and School of Management (SOM). Applications for admission and financial aid (scholarships/ fellowships) are accepted on an ongoing basis. However, to ensure sufficient time for visa processing and other formalities, we recommend that applications reach AIT by June 15 for the August semester intake. The application deadline in order to be considered for AIT administered scholarships is May 1 for the August semester. Since some scholarship decisions are made as early as March for the August semester, we recommend prospective students to apply early to ensure maximum consideration. We would appreciate your forwarding this email or circulating the attachment to your friends, former universities, and organizations where you work for through email or other means as you deem appropriate.
