Stella Milano, "La Dama del Tango and Milonga" (from La Opinion LA)
presents
her new show on October 15th 1999, in the world famous Tropigala
Hilton,
located inside the Fountainbleau Hilton Resort, one of the most
luxurious
hotels in the world, featured in "Lifestyles of The Rich and Famous."
This> will be a different type of a show since on the stage you will
have part of
the "History of Tango," and its protagonists with 15 people on scene
and
unedited videos.
Presenting live, stars like Horacio Deval (Historia Viva Del Tango),
Luis
Rivera, Kelly & Facundo Posadas, (excellent teachers that have
presented
seminars around the world, regarding the origins of Tango) Diego & Olga
and
Cristian and Lorena (Tango's young and new blood) Natalia. All of them
accompanied by a Tango quintet featuring Miguel Arrabal on
Bandoneon, Armando Patrono on the keyboard, Jorge Bernieri (Forever
Tango) on
the Piano and Ranses Colon on the base.
On Video you will have Dicepolo, Gardel, Tita Merello, Troilo, Manzi,
Canaro,
Mores, Copes and many others.
Before the show starts, Facundo Posadas will chat about the beginning
of
Tango, the latest who have developed it, terminology etc. He will also
answer
questions posed by the public. The show starts at 10:00 PM but with the
same
ticket, the public can see the regular Tropigala Show that starts at
07:30 PM
(That's optional). At the end of the show there will be a Milonga
(party) for
many hours. The ticket is only $20,00 and can be purchased in advance
at by

workshop on the following weekend.
