Brooke has been living in Buenos Aires for three years studying and dancing
with the greatest teachers in Argentina, specializing in the work of Gustavo
Naveira and Fabian Salas, termed "New Tango."
Her partner Gabriel, of Buenos Aires, is one of the finest dancers and
teachers of this style. The two were enthusiastically recieved by many
audiences around the United States last year, and they have returned for a
second tour which begins in Boston.

Principles of New Tango
Exercises that teach your body to lead and follow the new and unexpected
possibilities within the tango structure. This material emphasises the
separation of upper and lower body movement and the manipulation of multiple
turning axis.
Dancing New Tango
Incorporate these new concepts and movements into your dancing in the
context of music and improvisation. A characteristic of this kind of
dancing is fluid, dynamic musicality.
