Hola fellow tangueros.... As you may have heard Broadway Studios has had to cancel their milonga for this Sun., July 15th to work on the floor (so we can all enjoy a nice floor under our dancing feet later!)....so Victor being sympathetic to all those homeless tangueros decided to host a milonga the Verdi Club that night. Hope to see you there...
Sunday July 16th Mariposa Argentine Tango Club at The Verdi Club 2424 Mariposa St. (at Potrero Ave.) San Francisco 415 239-7002 for info. 7-8:30pm - Dance Class with Nito & Elba Garcia from Argentina 8:30-1pm - Milonga All proceeds for the class plus additional donations will go to Nita & Elba to support their fundraising efforts on behalf of their granddaughter who is in need of medical treatment. $16 - Class, Milonga (Finger Food and Beverages served). $12 - Milonga only (Additional $4 donation suggested for Nito & Elba) Of course, donations in any amount will also be accepted at the door.
