Argentine Tango Workshop in Chicago with ....

Please welcome Florencia for her first visit to Chicago!

Classes on July 29 - July 30, 2000 (Saturday and Sunday)

Florencia arrives in Chicago on July 25th for the milonga at Club 720.  She
will be in town through August 6th.  Florencia will be attending opening
night of the brand new Milonga Tres Tangueras on July 28th (7:30 - midnight)
at the Latvian Community Center, 4146 N. Elston.  $10, includes
refreshments, raffles and showcase with local dancers.  Contact Valentina,

About the workshop:
These classes are taught progressively.  For optimal understanding of the
material, classes need to be taken in order. Attendance in Class # 1 is
necessary to take any other classes.

Women - Bring heels and flat shoes (ex: jazz shoes) to class.

Cost:
Weekend Package = All 6 classes for $100*
Mini-Weekend Package = All 3 Saturday classes for $60*
Walk in s paying at the door = $30 per class
Privates   $65 / hour ~ call for appt.
*Packages must be paid in advance.
*Payment must be received by July 25.

Florencia's Mini-Bio:

Florencia speaks English.  She has been dancing tango since 1985, with
Miguel Zotto and with Miguel and Nelly.  She is a protege of Graciela
Gonzalez and has studied with Juan Bruno, Antonio Todaro, Gustavo Naveira
and Pablo Veron.  In 1995 and 1996 she co-taught with Graciela Gonzalez and
Patricia Lamberti at the Parakultural in Buenos Aires.  In the fall of 1996
she worked as the guest partner of Daniel Trenner. Since 1997 she has taught
her own workshops in Buenos Aires, and has done teaching tours within
Argentina and abroad.
