Beverly Durand will be dancing with Pablo Pugliese, the renowned Tango Master from Buenos Aires, for the Austin Fiesta de Tango, Aug. 31-Sept. 4, 2000. <A HREF="http://www.learn2dance.com/";>Learn to Dance's Home Page located in Austin Texas</A> Beverly will be assisting Pablo in his classes and will be his partner for performances as well.
Beverly is a beautiful dancer. She is a combination of beauty, grace, strength, and poise. Beverly was a featured dancer with Sandor in "Forever Tango" (both the Broadway and World Tour), "Tango Magic" on PBS, and "Tango Vivo!" She has been dancing for over twenty years, trained in ballet, tap, and modern and now focuses on partner dancing. She is a three-time U.S. Open Swing Championship award winner for West Coast Swing. Beverly is currently featured on another Broadway show called, "SWING!", which was nominated for six Tony Awards. She and her partner Aldrin Gonzales had the privilege to perform on the Tony Awards show.
