The Albuquerque Tango Club will host another milonga on Tuesday night August 8, at Anodyne, a swank, hip spot on Central Ave. (Old Rt. 66) between 4th and 5th streets in downtown Albuquerque. It starts at 7:30 PM and there is no cover. Recently renovated, sporting interior designed by artists, Anodyne has a very good dance floor and sound system. It has the feel of a 1940s supper club with a sort of Batman/post apocalyptic feel. Our last milonga there was a grand success. A full bar and restaurant offer a range of excellent fare and there is free parking in the garage on Copper near 5th St. right behind the club.
