The September issue (No. 115) of Buenos Aires Tango Tito Palumbo is concerned about the city government not organizing the third festival de tango this year. For the past two years, the government organized a full week of free tango concerts, milongas, and classes. There will be a "Maraton de Tango" to celebrate the first day of spring on Thursday, September 21 at El Pial. The milonga begins at 15,00 and goes until 24,00 There will be prizes and an exhbition. La Casa del Tango is celebrating its 33rd anniversary with singers on the 16th and pianists on the 23rd.
