RAMIRO GIGLIOTTI, a member of the “Graciela Gonzales Group”', is on tour of the US and Canada this Fall, and will be in Miami from November 1 to the 7th. He will be teaching his:
MUSIC WORKSHOP FOR DANCERS Four classes, 1 1/2 hour each Class 1. Rhythm elements and Musical structure of tango Class 2. Rhythm elements and Musical structure of milonga and vals Class 3. Melodic and harmonic elements. Musical investigation of embellishments and ornaments Class 4. Main orchestras Ramiro is a dancer and professional guitarist. He explores in this workshop the musical structure of tango, with the objective of developing freedom and precision in the interpretation of the music. The workshop is not a lecture. Students will learn while dancing, doing specific exercises to specially recorded music and choreographic resources. The final aim is to make of music the element that enables a couple to connect when dancing tango.
