Hi everybody, We want to thank all of you that helped make Tango Under the Stars a huge success last night. We had about 40 tangueros dancing, and literally hundreds of people stopped and watched for a while, as they strolled along Miracle Mile. We had fliers for several teachers and milongas that were distributed amongst the on-lookers. We also had a sign-in sheet for people that were interested in receiving information about tango events.
Ramiro Gigliotti, who is on tour in the States and Canada and this weekend will be teaching his well known Music Workshop for Dancers joined us. So did Jorge Nel and Marta. Our thanks to them for their support. The weather was perfect, and the floor very good for an out-door milonga. And yes....the Theatre was delighted and wants us back. We will keep you posted as to when our next Tango Under the Stars will be, but mark in your diary Friday, December 1, which is the most probable date. Regards, Dolores
